The course is a nice mix of road and trail – in that order. See Aid Stations/Mileage chart at bottom of this page.
The Road
The road around Hagg Lake is a series of rolling hills. The road section will total just under 12 miles.

The Trail
Now, its on to the trail section. Runners will continue on their 26.2-mile journey by hopping onto the singletrack trail that runs just over 14 miles around the lake. They will continue to run counter clockwise and will be directed by our great volunteers. Once they finish the trail section, its just a quick run through the chute and on to the post race celebration.
14-Mile Trail Relay Teams will split this distance, with runner 2 jumping in at Aid Station #3.
